- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆February 01, 2019, by Alyshia DaveyLOVE our new bed, had a mix up where the guy working with me accidentally put in only the headboard and when I went back in they let me know and split the cost with me for the rails which I thought was great customer service! Although they could get better on knowing when the furniture will be in their warehouse, it may not be their fault but it sucks when you make arrangements to pick up and have to keep rescheduling.
